Technical Account Manager
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our company to help them develop to their full potential and bring the company to the next higher level.

Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • You will be require to manage customer relations, develop new accounts and provide consultation services to customers
  • To bring together the correct resources to handle business and opportunities for the accounts
  • Analyse and provide consultation services to customer’s IT environment
  • To manage projects in the customer environment

  • Excellent Communication Skill Both Written and Verbal
  • Inquisitive and Resourceful

  • Must be Flexible and Adaptable to Changes

  • A Good Understanding of Systems and Network Infrastructure
  • Degree in Computer, IT or Engineering Studies
  • Preferably with more than 3 years of working experience in IT Systems (NT & UNIX environment)

    Responsibilities
    Responsible for the overall management of projects and tracking project costs, scheduling resources, facilitating communication, on budget and on time.

    Qualifications

  • University degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to adapt and deliver quality products on time.
  • Relevant experience in telecommunication engineering and/or marketing will be an asset.
